Bank websites are not just bad, they're abusive
I loath at the thought of logging into Chase.com to do any online banking. Check out this "user-friendly" date selection error message:
Why does Chase make me fire up terminal, load up Chronic, and parse out the date in a separate process? I can't imagine the poor person that actually looks through a calendar and counts back 120 days. I'm sick of it. Does anybody know of a bank that actually cares about their online experience? I'd like to know and see some screenshots.
